Tulips are one of the world's most easily recognized and loved flowers. They are not too elegant, too romantic, too big, too small, or too bright; the tulip is always just right.
Niagara-on-the-Lake in Ontario, Canada looks terrific during spring time as Tulips of many different colours and varieties adorn the streets and parks waving graciously in the breeze. When i visited Niagara last summer, i was just astonished by the beauty around and all i was doing was click...click...n click!
The meaning of tulips is generally Perfect Love. Originated over ten decades ago in Persia and Turkey its popularity spread quickly all over the world but people still identify cultivated varieties as "Dutch Tulips."
Different colors of tulips also often carry their own significance. Red Tulips are most strongly associated with true love, while Purple Tulips symbolizes royalty. Yellow Tulips represents a common expression for cheerful thoughts and sunshine. White Tulips are used to claim worthiness or to send a message of forgiveness. Variegated Tulips, once among the most popular varieties due to their striking color patterns, represent beautiful eyes.
Here are some of the beautiful pictures of tulips just for you. They are so attractive yet so peaceful. Enjoy seeing them!
